Actium Land Developments is a South Australian development company that sources large parcels of land and develops them into residential land estates. We have delivered a number of successful projects, including Woodbridge at Angle Value.
Woodbridge at Angle Value, while only a short drive from the city, offers a far from city living — generous block sizes, peace and quiet, natural beauty, and an amazing sense of community all add up to provide a true sense of country living without the distance.
We were involved in this project from the outset, developing the “Woodbridge” name and brand identity, as well as the “Bridging Both Worlds” tag line, reinforcing to this balance of city and country lifestyles.
The “Woodbridge” name leverages off one of the Angle Vale’s landmark features, its heritage-listed wooden bridge which crosses the Gawler River.
Like the bridge itself, the name communicates a sense of simplicity and quaintness sought by those looking to move away from the city, while at the same time being phonetically strong and memorable.
We then developed a brand identity that takes the form of a simple wordmark, with an arch that alludes to the bridge’s structure.
We applied this brand to a broad range of marketing and advertising touch points, including brochures, signage, and an array of printed, outdoor and digital advertising. The first 3 stages of the Woodbridge Angle Vale land, a release consisting of 54 blocks, sold ahead of schedule with remaining stages released early and on sale now.
