A considered brand for a multi-year engagement.
Identifying a disconnect between the The Square at Woodville West’s brand identity and its intended market positioning, we undertook a refresh project to simplify, modernise and better engage the project’s target market. Through this process, we developed the brand tagline: “Everything’s within reach. The beach, the city — even the price.”
Since our engagement, there’s been a dramatic increase in project awareness and market interest with all Stage 2 land now completely sold and significant interest in future releases.
