The project's design was steered by a strategic review identifying that most visitors access the website from a mobile device and that most visitors to the website are seeking to either book an appointment or locate a clinic. Responding to this, the website was designed around a strong call-to-action on the homepage and custom-developed functionality allowing visitors to locate their closest clinic simply by entering a postcode.

Designed and developed following responsive principles, the website delivers an optimised viewing experience across desktop, tablet and mobile devices – going as far as utilising a mobile device's GPS to automatically highlight a visitor's closest clinics.
