Haystack Recruitment is a newly-established specialist recruitment firm. We were tasked with developing an identity that would stand out against a crowded field of established competitors. The identity and related collateral incorporates a striking straw pattern as broader visual language. Hidden within this pattern, in an ever changing position, is a silver speck representing the needle in the haystack.
